How did you all do on rain?
Sounds like CSU got hammered again - student center and engineering bldg (wait a minute, shouldn't those engineers be able to engineer a building that won't flood?!?)
Did anyone take any water at home? Harmony and Taft intersection took almost 5 inches in 2 hours... __________________ TJS -- 1978 FJ-40 1974 FJ-55 w/ 3FE CO/WY - Horsetooth 4 Wheelers Cruiser Club <<CLICK HERE>> for my Tech Threads |

Dry enough here
It was fun to watch, but no damage here (I'm in SE Fort Collins) although we are only a mile from Fossil Creek and some homes did get flooded basements along there. Nothing like '97 when I had to hold on to the kids to cross the street or they would have been washed away for sure.

Wow, that sounds like fun. It rained hard in Boulder for a couple hours, but not that hard! All I got was 1/2" or so on the floor of my leaky-topped 42.

We prayed to little baby jesus and were fine.
![]() Fossil Creek looked kind of deep this morning, but we are on the top of a hill over 50+ft higher. Seems as though the drainage situation went fairly well over here in the SE overnight. Hope it doesn't dump again like that though. |
