Meeting Minutes!!

The meeting had a pretty good turn-out or at least enough to vote on the officiers and we all got to inspect Franks handy work on his new shop building. The officers are as follows;

President - Frank Morgan
Vice President - Robert Paul
Treasurer - Bruce Lubow
TLCA Rep - Alex Ball
Colorado Land Use - Paul Dangler
Wyoming Land use- Sam Kendrick
Secratary - Julie Moen

We also voted to have this term run from July to July. We are trying to update the members list so if your phone # or address has changed recently please let us know.

The next trip is our clean-up on Bald Mountain August 4th and 5th or, the 11th and 12th. Some of us plan on camping. Some can only make it one of the two days. CHIME IN! what would be better for you guys?? Who is planning on going??

Don't forget that the RS Rally is on the 11th of August.

Sorry I didn't make it to the meeting I was in Vancouver BC.

I also wont be able to make it to either date for Bald Mtn as the 2nd through the 5th I will be in Wyoming playing Marine at the rifle range. Then the 11th and 12th I have to work two 12 hour shifts. 7am to 7pm

My wife's b day is Thursday and she wants to camp with the kids way up on the Cache la Poudre on the weekend of the 4&5th. How silly of me.

Might head up there on the 5th if the wife and kids are up to it on the way back(up from Rustic). I would be more available the 11&12th though.

And I can't make this weekend. I've got vehicle-recovery and extrication training (the class is called "Airbags and winches and struts, oh my!" and it sounds like a blast!) with the Boulder Emergency Squad all day Saturday, and have a pile of work to do on Sunday. The following weekend is looking better...

I plan to come on Sunday only, either weekend.

Same here, but more likely Sun 12th. I had bought Cubs vs. Rockies tickets a while back for the night of the 11th. I don't know at all about this weekend, because everything can change so I just cannot commit to the 4th/5th. Sorry, my wife has to remind me about our schedule sometimes.

I will definitely carve out some good 4x4 time on Labor Day weekend though.

Bald Mountain on the 12th for me and a friend. Gotta go sometime this weekend. Anyone up for it like, say 10 am Sunday at Livermore meet? We will run it regardless. Post up here if interested.
