Man, you guys have really taken off well with the club! Wish I was back there now building something.
Name: Brian
Cruiser: None, but I occasionally get to ride around in a FZJ105. Mostly I walk or ride in soviet Ladas posing as taxis.
When I get back I need someone to give me a hand doing something wreckless with a FJ55.
Keep wheelin'.

Hi finally started to play with my FJ40 again. I was messing around and found you guys. Used to be very involved with the Mountaineers. I live in Loveland. Have been working on the paint for about 4 months. I have a bunch of stuff coming from CCOT. Hopefully we will meet on the trail.

Greetings from up North.
My wife and I just bought a '7 FJC. It's good to see a 'local' club forming for Toyota 4X4s. We live near Cheyenne and are looking for a group to join/volunteer with.
I read your meeting is tonight so we are planning on driving down to it.
Cheers for now.

Hi - I am planning to make it to the May 29th meeting and hoping to do some wheeling with you guys this summer.
I have a 1996 80 series - most of our wheeling is more expedition style getting the family out camping but more recently we have been really enjoying getting out with others and wheeling.
I am also interested in Land Management issues and helping to do my part to keep the trails open. Besides meeting a lot of great people part of the reason we have been joining the local clubs is to be part of helping maintain trails and keep them open. We are currently members of Rising Sun and The Mountaineers.
We just came back from Cruise Moab and it was awesome, can't wait to get back on the trails in Colorado this summer!
Will

New Guy
Hello all -
The name is Ben Hoshall and I have recently relocated to Strasburg, CO. I think I have met some of you a couple of times for Horsetooth and Mountaineer runs. So I am just looking for some amigos to wheel around with. Seems like your club has some good folks.
See you on the trail !!
Ben

Welcome Jeff. Did you post anything up in the chit-chat section about anyone from the Idaho Falls/Yellowstone area? We have a few guys in here from south/eastern WY (Laramie/Cheyenne). Heck, you are even closer to Bozeman than Laramie. I know there are cruisers up there, even in Meeteetse... Regardless, if you are ever plan to come down to our area, let us know and we will be happy to show you a few trails.

I know of a bit of wheeling in the Meeteetse area. Really pretty up there too. As for clubs in the area of Jackson, no idea. I would assume so but you might have to go with some jeeps.

Hello all, I'm new here, just wanted introduce myself. My name is Logan and I have a blue 87 FJ60 (see pic below). I've been in FoCo a few years now and have been trying to get a little more into 4-wheeling. Been out a few times, but it's still fairly new to me. I work for the county Human Services department. I'm also a fairly new member of the Larimer County Search and Rescue team. My Cruiser has become my vehicle of choice for our missions and it's goten a pretty good workout a couple times helping to look for lost folks. Anyway, I'll probably see you all around, hopefully I'll make it to a meeting soon.

Welcome Logan! Can you hook up with us and caravan down to Central City on the first weekend of January to run with Rising Sun? If not, we welcome you to join up with us at a meeting or local run early next year.

Welcome Logan!
Did you used to live on the western slope? Your rig looks familiar from Cruise Moab...

No, but I am the second owner so maybe it was the last guy who owned this beast.

Interested In Finding Out More Info on the Club
Hey guys, and gals!
I am looking for a club in the Northern CO/Southern WY area. I am located in Fort Collins.
I own a 78 FJ40, and a 76 BJ42 (Diesel LHD in Costa Rica), and a 02 Tundra.
My wheeling experience is rather limited, but I am looking to change that.
I just bought the 78 FJ40. The rig has 28K (documented) original miles. My BJ is down in Costa Rica. I owned a 71 FJ55 (pig) until September of last year , but I sold it.
My plan is to do a frame up restoration on the FJ. I plan on taking it to original (no crawler here). This will be my first ever restoration, so tips are appreciated. I did some work on my 55 but all in all it was in pretty sweet shape when I bought her.

I plan on doing a full restoration on her, starting real soon. I am a rookie but gotta start somewhere.

Just show up at the meeting a couple of times and participate in a couple of runs. We can talk about the dues when Frank is on the podium during the meeting. We look forward to meeting you and your cruiser.

Hi, names Al. Just spent a week in your neck of the woods, Saratoga and Elk Mtn Wyo. Didn't realize how much I missed it, since I quit driving OTR. Coming into Larime on 230, I saw an early '60's white 40 sitting in a yard. Anyone here's? Al
