Moving to Denver

It looks like my wife and I will be moving to the Denver area sometime this fall. I will be transferring up there for work.

I would like to get to know some of the Colorado cruiser folks and possibly pick your brains about neighborhoods and job opportunities for my wife.

For the important stuff, I have a 1968 FJ40. Having lived in Southern Arizona since the late 80's, I never needed a hard top so I sold it, perhaps I should start shopping for a replacment. :-)

You might want to try the Rising Sun Forum. Our club is located in Denver, This forum is for another great Colorado Club, but located 60 miles south in Colorado Springs.

Where you want to live depends on where you are going to work. I am a Denver Native and live in the Denver Tech Center. Great Neighborhood, some of the countries best schools and with Rush Hour I can get on I-25, I-225 or 470 within minutes or take lots of potential side streets to get around problems.

Whatever you do don't move to Auora

Just kidding, I saw your other post.

The Denver area is great. The Denver Metro Area is now Castle Rock to Ft. Collins.

I hear Highlands Ranch is nice::hillbilly
