Vic gave the word that the Forest service weekend was canceled due to the excessive snow they have down there..

We need to have an alternative run planned ASAP, so post up some ideas!

BTW the XRRA Event is on the 14th of june, so i think we should plan a run for the 21st or 22nd

This is part of the message sent to me

They are hosting a volunteer appreciation day in its place with a BBQ at the fairgrounds. They are preparing a snail mail letter to send to all on their distribution list (I am included), so I will let you know the details of the BBQ as soon as I receive the letter. I will probably not be attending the June 21 run in Westcliffe. If you guys go on the run, you can have a free BBQ dinner.

Vic still wants to go down there for a run, But if the reason they canceled the event was due to snow, whats the point in going down there?

Well its June and we don't seem to have a club plan yet so I will post my plans here and see if anyone wants to join in.

June 7th Slaughterhouse gulch.
June 14th XRRA race.
June 15th Spring Creek with Rising Sun.
June 27th Leave for a vacation.

We still have the question on a BBQ sometime in June?

Is there any plan for thr 21'st or 22'nd yet. Slaughterhouse sounds good unless no one wants to drive that far. I am up for whatever. I just want to try out my 33's and front locker. If anyone has a idea let me know.
