Awesome, don't slip now. 10 years later I can't imagine sucking on a lip full of snus. It's actually a bit nauseating to think about. I was a can every 2 days man back then.

I'll be 32 in November. I have been dipping since I was 16 or 17... can't remember for sure... almost half my life. The only time (other than those documented in this thread) that I have been without dip was basic training and ait back in '96.

Do you still crave at any time after 100 days? I know when I quit for about two months, I still had some cravings.

Not really... pretty insignificant when they do happen. My had to remind me that it was 100 days today. There are still times when I want it, or I feel like I need it, but I haven't had a serious knee-buckling crave in probably 6 weeks or so.

I quit using seeds, fake dip, bubble gum, everything about a month ago. I will occasionally chew on a toothpick, but .

For the most part, I'm back to feeling normal.

The worst crave I had was actually about a month in... it snuck up on me.

But, generally speaking, it's all down hill after the first 7-10 days. I used Chantix. That stuff is truly amazing. The withdrawals were no where near as serious as I've experienced in previous attempts.
