What will do the most damage physically..12 donuts at one sitting, or 1 donut for the next 12 nites.

Well if you buy twelve, you'll get thirteen, but I tend to think wooofing down thirteen all in one sitting with a couple of Psyllium gelcaps is the way to go. All that refined sugar and flour is gonna be smoooooth coming out. As opposed to the time I gorged on barbequed ribs and beans and tried to cover my bets, as it were, with the Psyllium gel caps.

Holy air-burst Batman, that was a fiery mess.

If it help google for "fat people eating donuts."
