To Rapid City and Back in one Day
Left about 2AM for Rapid City, SD to pick up the Jayco Baja Camper I talked about in outfitting. Got there about 8AM. Glad I had the GPS. There was so much fog, the maps were useless as I couldn't read any signs.
They had my camper all set up for me to walk through There were two pieces of Trim that needed fixing and they took care of it right away. I would recommend Jack's Campers to anyone. Took a detour thru the Blackhills because I had never been there and didn't know if I would be back: Oh yeah, stopped to look at a mountain It trailered home real nice. I drove with the Overdrive off and the PWR switch on (80's thing) had no issues. Can't wait to give it a try in Moab |

I was also very surprised in the afternoon how few cars there were till I hit Cheyenne on the way back. I know these are not populous states, but . . . Maybe they are hibernating.

Ken did you get a chance to stop and take a look at Crazy Horse???
Last time I was out there it was coming along nicely. Thing makes Rushmore look like a tinkertoy. __________________ "If it wasn't a Landcruiser and hadn't been built the way it was you do realize you would be DEAD." VA State Police Officer |

I did like the name Chugwater, Wyoming. Didn't stop, but drove by. Didn't stop at Crazy Horse, drove by the entrance on the way out of the Black Hills. |
