Oh, and for the *redneck* record, as soon as I hit 'send' on that last post and freed up a hand, I started picking my nose - and I'm wearing a plain white t-shirt/undershirt, too.
That's gotta count for something.

Perhaps they were from a service that you can access but is password protected for the rest of us clowns, so when you link you can see it, but us non-members can't see it?
Exclusive bastard.

As much as I'd like to have the power of exclusion, those were from two different random places, and I myself could not see the pics in Doug's quote of my post. I can't think of how the http request message to the servers could be different between my post and my quoted post. Perhaps both servers are set to deny hotlinking, so they shut down the second request because they both had the same referrer URL, which is TUT. That's all I can think of.
Maybe I'll call Al myself. You got his number?

Whew, you guys really geeked out on that whole "can't see the pic" thing.
Funny though, I could see Yoops, but not Dougs.
Did I just blow a hole in all of that theorizing?

There is no complaining about content on TUT. Therefore the content of your post is inappropriate....oh, wait, never mind.
Actually your experience supports my theory.

So i had this nice fat Bonus check and 12 days of vacation coming up. WTF did you think I was going to do? I cut out of work early.
Now the money is gone, vacation is over, and the mechanical shed out back has a foot of mud in it. It could be worse, the flood came within a foot or two of getting inside the bldg.

Wallpern came by today with a basket of lard. It's no substitute for KY but what is? What? Who really knows what's what, kind of a silly saying don't you think? Just keep walking, don't turn into my office, that's right go chat with shipping and receiving. Kind of missing Lost, I watched the whole first seaason int like three nights. Who would have thought I could gain 10# in ten days? Ham, Prime Rib, Hollanday sauce, gravy, candied yams, mashed taters, Key Lime Pie, Banana nut bread, the big breakfast plate at Bordertown not all at once but close together. Fawking 60 springs are supposed to use the same bushings as my 40 POS. Wonder if there are any left over goodies hiding in the front office?
Time to walk the dog, he probably needs to take a dump by now.

'Sausage king' dies on Calif. death row
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
SAN FRANCISCO -- Self-proclaimed "sausage king" Stuart Alexander died Tuesday at San Quentin Prison while on death row for killing three meat inspectors.
Alexander, 44, was under a suicide watch at the time. The cause of death was not immediately known, but Sgt. Eric Messick said there were no signs of suicide or foul play. An autopsy was planned.
Messick said Alexander's mental health had deteriorated after he was sentenced to death in February for the 2000 shooting deaths at his factory in San Leandro.
The slayings were captured on the factory's surveillance videotape, which was shown to the jury at the trial.
Alexander's lawyers contended that he snapped and killed the inspectors after months of harassment. They argued for a voluntary manslaughter conviction.
He had been cited repeatedly for problems at his factory, with inspectors ordering him to raise the cooking temperature of his meat."
