BUT! I bought a really good quality knee brace, with fiberglass rods in it, when I feel it getting tender, I just wear that a few days and no problems.
Since taking up jiujitsu, i havent needed it. and i havent been on my bike in months (I couldnt fit my cleats on with my fucked up toes)

I was 135 for a long time, which was pretty skinny for my frame, now I'm 185, which is nearing 'husky'
I'm aiming for 155, which seems attainable with a bit of running or biking and less beer

So if RockDoc could do a chart, in real numbers this reflects:
6 PostWhores out of 43 ppl posting in TUT #53 made
48.090890917571799826747517825015 % of all posts
And Bogo must have found a girlfriend or suffered some serious weather or farm implement related disaster.

An incident like that caused me to put screws thru the window frame and into the windows so they could not be opened from the outside even if broken. I also had another set of holes drilled so the windows could partially open but a person could not get thru the height they were allowed to open.
Most window hasps can be easily defeated from the outside but really... if a burglar really wants in there are few things one can do to stop them.
Around here one of the new favorite tools is the battery operated sawzall. Thief goes to a back door or window and just cuts thru the locks and enters.

Mars quote from kvetch of last TUT:

Mrs. Mars is legitimately sick. Flu symptoms.
She kicked me out of bed. Time to whore.

Well you are in the best place to do that... with "Personal Service Technicians" on every street corner and in every bar in town.
If you can't find one there you can always check the yellow pages or hit the newspaper rack type stands with the advertising flyers in them. And of course there are the ppl on the street that are happy to come up to you (even men walking with their wife and kids) to hand out the business cards.
