I recently sent the input shaft of a new to me SM420 to Novak
for them to machine the shaft for a seal. I ordered the conversion online, 3 days later the new
nose cone is at my door. I had just mailed the shaft to them the day before.
Get a call from them, the gear on the shaft has a good gouge in it. They send me a pic and we decide to replace it.
UPS drops the package off last night, missing the bearing. Email Eric to let him
know this morning. He has just responded the the bearing was just shipped.
A little problem that they took care of right away.
I'm super pleased with this company!
