I am about to go and add a extra engine fan. I am converting my clutch fan into a mech. fan ,also
next on my list will be the power steering cooler with its own fan.

keep your fat ass off the lawn
If your tank is caving in after a couple of years, you got a shitty (no pun intended) tank
What's the material?

Is the break at the end of the tank?
6' deep to the top of the tank?
2 years? How reputable was the contractor and/or tank manufacturer?
Fiberglass? If so, look at your trees.

No trees, Im carefull about that, its on the side of the tank as best as I can tell, I filled the hole with some water for kicks and the sandy soil did not rush into a hole so maybe it was a void(doubt it)
yes 6" on top of the tank.............
