i called the dream guy. no title. he bought in pieces over 10 years ago. believes the engine might beseized but can't recall is missing some small parts but he can't recall which. will email photos.
sounds like it will be easy to pass

Yeah, that does not sound like a good situation. WTF knows if that is anything close to an entire bike, and with no guess on the engine's shape, it could be a big job.

They have been around in Canada for a while under the name of Kamperoo. Not a real Oz tent trailer IMHO.
Kimberly Kampers are the real deal. A friend of mine just imported one from Oz, we'll go on a few trips with him to see how it shakes out before we pony up the cash to ship one over. They ship two to a container so if you want one let me know. It cuts the individual shipping in half to get two.
