Sean, that first pic shows exactly the type of spout I received from British Pacific with my 5L cans. I got five of the cans and three of those spouts. And I immediately went out and tested the cans in the milk crate. No problem fitting two and a spout in a milk crate.

I was just looking at the tech specs on the Ipod touch. No bluetooth. If it had bluetooth it would make a nice farm data device. Cattle ear tag readers often have bluetooth. I could then write an app that listens to the ear tag reader and brings up the data on the animal scanned. That would make it a farm expense...

The big wheeled Hondas aren't the death traps that most of the three wheelers were I don't think. I'd use it mostly on snow.

Yeah pretty much the same engine. Electrical is a bit different, no battery.

I had to drive MrsDD to Hobby Airport this morning. She got on the corporate G5 and flew with a team to California for the week. Then I had the joyful task of driving straight to our independent Mercedes repair shop to have a complete new exhaust system installed and a new steering rack. It was an expensive day and I was at the repair shop from 0900 until 1700 hours. It was after that long day of waiting that I finally made the decision to treat myself to the iPhone.

One thing about the iPhone is that there is no MMS capability, so I won't be able to send/receive pictures through that route anymore. I'll have to do it via attachments to e-mails.

The foreman I'm working with likes to get there at 6:30 even though we're starting at 7:00. He's a great guy and wouldn't mind if we showed up at 6:45, but I really don't mind showing up a bit early and listening to Stern while finishing my coffee.

This just in: when val wakes up, he likes to check up on "the boys" to make sure they're still covered.
