The standard show up time on jobs is whenever the foreman gets there, you're already there, or just pulling in behind him. The foreman I'm working with likes to get there at 6:30 even though we're starting at 7:00. He's a great guy and wouldn't mind if we showed up at 6:45, but I really don't mind showing up a bit early and listening to Stern while finishing my coffee.

I linked how they would drop clams and crabs on bald guys heads and cars. We were all laughing one time after a gull was dropped a pilfered clam on a Mercedes.
