I am sorry that you see different on this issue than me. I unfortunately had no choice but to refund your money due to the inability for you to meet with my terms as a seller. I ship only to the United States, but the account that I ship it to must be registered in the United States. You are registered in Canada. In addition to this, the paypal account that you paid me with stated that the address to which you requested it be sent was "Unconfirmed." For this reason, I will not ship any item to an "Unconfirmed" account for reasons protecting me, the seller. With the amount of transactions you have completed, I would be nearly certain that you would understand this reasoning. It is not safe for me as a seller to ship something to an "Unconfirmed" address, for multiple reasons. Should something go wrong, Paypal would not aide me in recovering the loss for either myself or the buyer. Once again, I apologize for this, and for the inconvenience I sent you your money back in full, which I considered fair. The only way I was going to ship it to you was to your registered and confirmed address in British Columbia, for an additional $30, as I would have to purchase international shipping options and I would force a delivery confirmation to ensure the package's arrival. I am sorry that you are unhappy with this transaction, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done from here.
