If I decide I need a CO2 tank on the truck the way to do it is to get a tank from the welding shop. They sell me a full tank and when it's empty I exchange it for a full one. It's kinda nice 'cause you don't have to worry about the tank getting recertified, etc. This is how I did it with my MIG welder, just bought a 5lb tank, it was cheap for the tank itself.
If I had known that ahead of time I wouldn't have spent the $$$. The welding shop way would probably cost me half as much.
I could do the same for a kegerator bottle probably.

Or maybe go with a .338 win mag if you anticipate reaching out and touching someone at a greater distance and still want enough energy to put them down hard.

There are dozens.
Did you mean caliber? If I wanted a do-everything farm rifle I'd get a .308.
Dozens of good scopes too.

But for a mountain lion, I'd be adventurous and get a single shot, .57 caliber dueling pistol and do the deed up close and personal. You know, give the animal a sporting chance.

I reached a couple conclusions whilst in the gym this afternoon. One about working out, and one not. I'll share later. Now I'm going home for dinner.

One of our neighbors shot himself in the stomach point-blank range with a .30-06 on accident while loading his weapon in the car.
His buddies were over 3/4mi away and heard the shot. I would assume it was a grisly scene to come across

I'm liable for 25-50% of everything other than regular doctor visits. (labs, x-rays, surgery, ER visits, etc...)

Best yet, almost NONE of those copays count towards my deductible!
So, I'd be paying $4800 a year for the privilege of paying $8000 a year out of pocket for health care, so that they can pay only 50-75% of anything!
Holy ****ing ****! And people wonder why Toyota would rather build plants in Canada and deal with Canadian taxes, regulations and Unions than build hereand pay our healthcare premiums!
Looks like we picked the right time to be joining them, too.

That plan is criminal. Any chance you could qualify for Farm Bureau? Looks like it. I don't pay anywhere near that much for better coverage.

I'm covered under COBRA from my old employer right now. We did that to have continuity of care for my wife's condition. The general practitioner at our HMO and the management of that HMO have been, believe it or not, our best allies in her Cushing's disease diagnosis.
I will be able to carry COBRA though till next year some time. Then, I'll have to deal with this abortion of a healthcare plan, or find something better, like you mention.
Our Cobra Premiums are $399 a month for the two of us, $10 copay for visits, $5 for prescriptions, no deductible, and hospitalizations and lab tests and stuff are covered 100%.
Our HMO is a non-profit cooperative HMO.

Time to go scout things out again.
I'm betting I'll find a paw print somewhere.
I wish I had good flood lights on my truck.

COBRA saved my ass after I quit my job, I didn't even need Mrs Surfpig's cushy state-sponsored insurance...
