Did you do the work yourself? A radiator shop is supposed to pressure test it after cleaning, before proceeding...

When I was doing the basement I had that issue with a 15 foot run of romex.

Radiator shop. But that was last year or before. The truck does not run much so I thing that the combination of the boil out an new 50/50 in there may have attributed to the demise. I might go back to the radiator shop with it and see if it is salvageable before dropping a bunch of coin on a new one..
