I slightly disagree. I believe the 1HZ to be a marvelous motor--one which can be easily turbo'd. But even if left as is, it's fantastic. The 13BT is a generation older and while a great engine, if I could choose between the two, I'd go with the 1HZ. I've ridden in and driven LC's with each and that's my dos centavos.

one specific lender-owned property I had found on the internet turned out to be fucked:
as far as I could tell from looking into the house (none of the windows had any treatments installed yet, just finished construction), the floorplan is hideous to begin with
the site is too: you have a nice mountain view off the patio and every other major room in the house......if you discount the immediate view of an older trailer home right across the street and the fact that you basically have to drive around through your own backyard to get to your garage granted, you are on your own cul-de-sac that way since your house is encircled by your driveway , and it is unlikely anyone wants to go there, given that you are greeted by horse snorts from the trailer property
some real estate agent used to own it - evidently completely mis-speculated IMOP that house has no chance of selling unless as a storage building

not when you're trying to give a clue as to the location of said item. If one doesn't know what a "wenis" is, one would not know where the wingles are. By saying pingles, one precisely locates said object. Then and only then could one take the inane humorous step of positing the possible existence (for TUT High Council consideration) of said wingles as a phenomenon.

Of course YOU do; however, the original interrogatory was posed by someone who did not (monnie) and so, in answering (prospectively) as you suggested, she would have gained no new knowledge nor an answer to her question.

And that is not necessarily a bad thing--in fact, it's quite common in TUT.

I have found that my attitude has changed since I have outlived my father - I am not sure I can describe how, though (I haven't really made it a point of detailed analysis, either maybe I should )
it's as if I have achieved something and at the same time lost a tangible goal
this coincided with reaching the highest academic level I can (anything more would be administrative levels for which I lack the power hunger) and finding it's not much different than the position before
I guess I am just in midlife crisis where is the fire-red Porsche
