BTW I made some deeeeeelish mocha chip froyo with the Pure Indugence.
The fam thought it was too tart. So I guess it's allllllllllllll mine.

Sometime this week I need to pick up some more cream so I can make boychild some ice cream. I even have a couple of stale Swiss Rolls that I think will make a fine mix-in.

BTW - Spa Fail.
There are 4 "spas" in town. Two are nothing more then hair cut places that offer facials. Another does aroma therapy during a message and hair cuts. The fourth, that offers packages and candles and gifts and massages and pedicures, manicures and all things girly but no hair cuts, is the place that  rincess said she doesn't want to go this year.
What does that mean?
She gets nothing and will like it.
Eight years of an easy good gift shot to hell. She will be disappointed and I will tel her she did not want to go to the place and there are no other places unless she drove to ATL. She will then get this gift for her birthday in February.

does tut know anything about learning to make chocolate? I was thinking maybe some kind of book or course would be a good gift for mrs semlin. so far i has found an on line programme that is pretty spendy.
