And, I have taken to referring to a shortish woman I know as a hobbit, which gets her so mad she says she's going to creep up on me while sleeping and stab me in the eye.
Just found out one of the local Ford dealers is closing. , not that I care if there is one less Ford dealer, but it was a family business here for 40 years or so and provided the best customer service of any of the local dealers. I bought some tires there once and they were super nice to me with my Toyota. The owner told me he simply ran out of working capital and doing business is no longer feasible.
This is the kind of thing that does not bode well. What's his plan? If he's closing, not selling, how much will he bank for a new business? Maybe he should move over to Toyota or Honda.

He's retiring. His children did not choose to take over the family business, so they're okay. He'll probably try to sell the land and buildings but in this market that's not going to happen any time soon.
There is one dealer here that sells Chrysler/Honda/Toyota and another that sells Ford/Subaru. That's it for imports. The Ford/Subaru guy also has a GM dealership I think - his is probably the healthiest of the dealerships around here. I'd be happy for the idiot Toyota dealer to tank and let someone else have a go...

They were great in the movie. But watching the extending version of all three in a row made me wish sometimes that some orc would come along and put an end to their simpering.

We got up at 4:00 am to head to the gym. I had half a container of yogurt with 1/3 of one of my homemade granola bars crumbled into it.
When we got back from the gym, I ate another 1/3rd of the bar with my coffee, which had 1/2 a protein powder serving in it.
Just now I had a repeat of my first meal, with the remaining protein powder mixed into the yogurt. It made it an icky color, but tasted OK.
I guess that was actually luncheon.
on weekdays when i get up i usually eat a banana and then a fruit salad an hour later so maybe i do have second breakfast

The other day I was sitting around having some conversation with folks, and I crossed my arms. For a second, I though, "huh, that feels different / weird." I realized it was because my belly isn't squishy anymore. It's kinda firm.
