Our furnace has entered full-on psycho mode. It is trying to fire up five or six times a minute, cutting out each time, for about five minutes. Then it starts again twenty minutes later.
At this rate, it's going to break something serious. I don't have time to figure this one out, although I probably could do so. So I gotta stay home tomorrow and call in a plumber.

The FJ62 ECU goes into a "limp home" mode when it loses some of its important sensor input. It then tends to run rich.

The other possibility is that the codes are not useful at all and something else is wrong. I've seen this many many times.
It's actually a pretty easy truck to diagnose if you know its idiosyncracies and have a good understanding of how it all works. I learned them and then sold my truck. 
In person I could diagnose her problems pretty quickly. I've been trying to do it remotely for a couple years without much luck. |

The cover I got works great. 
I spent the last hour in the basement taking any hints of rust off the Krizman and observing the furnace. Some of the brackets had some that I won't be able to remove, but they will be isolated from the tube by insulators, so I'm not too concerned about them.

Negative. At least not by North American definitions. If it has pegs and you need to shift, it's not a scooter. In Europe, some motorcycles are referred to as scooters or mopeds; however, such is not the same here. It's not accepted and it's not in accord with most states' legal definitions.
