I jusst wanna swap an engine and transmission from an '89 2wd pickup into a '94 4wd pickup in less than a month. I really should just get a new transmission for the 4wd and leave the 2wd working.

The key with snow and bicycles is to use thin tires and dig right through it to the ground. Knobbies do help some, but not much.

Depends on the snow. Sometimes you are better off floating on top then digging down to the ice at the bottom...
