Sears has the fold up plastic ones on sale often... just don't drink any water from them.
The really nice sets of fold ups are available at Home Despot for a little more and hold a lot more weight than you would expect.

Just enough to keep them from pinching in the springs?

I had a set from Home Depot. I had my 40 frame on them for a while. Finally one gave out. Understandable - that is a heavy fucker.

I was thinking about that last night.
Back when I traveled for work I was very organized. I made an iteniary for my wife and another for the receptionist at work. I had another sheet with all my reservation and contact info. I left photocopies of all the credit cards and id's I would be taking with my wife.
and so on.
Kind of sucks the fun out of taking a trip.

Almost six weeks. And add another 50-60 miles in side trips, food pickups. I was in pretty good shape at the time.

Which brings up a question--who has a meat grinder? I'm thinking of getting the meat grinder attachment for the Kitchen Aid, and want to know how often people really use it. Is it better than putting cubes of meat in the Cuisinart?
The real reason is that I want to start making patties and perhaps sausages that will contain some vegetables so that my son eats a more balanced diet. Right now it is a challenge.
