Were you on the balance beam or was this just a floor exercise?

I was under the impression that airbags are also adjustable; deflate them and it's like they're not there. Inflate with a heavy load. Am I mistaken?

Oh money is changing hands. It's changing from Cube Dweller's hands to our hands.

I think this sucky attitude comes from something that is a little repugnant about the total Olympic experience for me... just being among the best in your country should be reward enough... if you hit the big time (and get the subsequent endorsements and faces on the Wheaties box) that is really great.
But what is so awful (as these athletes have been trained to feel) taking second in the world... I don't think that makes you a loser even if that is what they appear to think.

I kind of understand it though. Think about it, how many years of training and how many competitions and how many injuries and how much pain they had to go through to get where they are. It takes a certain mindset to do that, the kind of mindset in which second place is not acceptable.
To me thats why superstars in any field who remain down to earth and well adjusted are so amazing.

I have not looked at them for more than twenty years so I could not say... I just spent a lot of time checking out the difference between the air shocks and the air bags back then and the shocks won out hands down.
Easy install and little to go wrong with the air shocks... four bolts and they replace OEM. I used them a lot at work for the trucks since they often pulled trailers and needed the extra boost in the rear end... but it was nice to air them down and done rather easily with a standard air gouge. Once you got the pressures figured out you could air up before going out and picking up a big sign.

Thanks for the suggestion. The air bags are also adjustable. Most guys run the air lines to schraeder valves located in the gas door. When not towing, I'll run them at a very low psi.
