AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH!

I just heard from yooperdottir1, who is in Appleton, WI on a shopping trip, that Mrs. yooper was informed today that Huber Bock is no longer in production!

I just emailed the brewmaster to confirm and express my outrage....

The guy is on the bottom rung of the food chain.
Give him a good exit interview explaining why he is getting axed and leave it at that.

Never, Never, Never Ever disclose salary information unless your feet are set to the fire or unless if water boarded... Try to avoid at all costs.

This is just a screening ploy to try to pigeon hole you... most of the times you can be very general and get out of telling them a figure. Usually this will not disqualify a good candidate even if requested... you can also figure in your 'on the side' income and tell them that it is included if you MUST disclose.

If they really want to find out what your salary was they can usually find it on their own if it is really relevant.

Some might disagree but I feel that this is the right strategy for almost every job.
