Actually if I tweak the magnetic fields right I can build a current near the skin of a potato which will give me a magnetic field to latch onto to shoot it, but I couldn't get much velocity. Potatoes are poor electrical conductors.

Yep those are the closest. Unless you count Merlins airport. Which has a handful of hangers no tower and gets fedex flights twice a day.
