If you want people who think about what they are doing it will cost you more.

I just want to put a small 8" diameter object into space. Likely would be 2 meters or so long. The longer it is the more length I have to grip it electromagnetically.

on the fun side, though:
I visited with the Buick club this morning in the supermaket coffee shop
one of them brought his recently restored '39 convertible with fender side spares
they were very interested in how we are doing

It was pretty small, but they are doing a huge expansion right now. Its gonna be pretty good size compared to similar regional airports.

there is a '41 pontiac 4 door sedan parked near where i park in the morning with a for sale sign in the window. I went and looked at it and it is a thing of rare beauty with stunning coachwork and interior finishing. i assume that in those days owning a pontiac sedan was on par without owning a high end mercedes today.

yeah, those were pretty cars
I would feel like a million bucks driving one today
the restored one in the club would likely sell for about $25K

In my experience you need to pay a bit more than the going rate for a given position if you want people who think about what they are doing and question instructions.
