It's the best.
I like sriracha sauce for some things, but Tabasco's what goes on just about everything. People still buy me weird sauces, but they generally just sit on the shelf as decoration.

My favorite by far is Cholula. Blows away Tabasco for me.
Sriracha for Asian food.
Those two are really all I need.
All Cruiserheads that like hot sauce should own this book. Yes, the author is who you think it is. I own it. I will get it autographed some day.

Tobasco is great. Mix some catsup with tobasco, great on fries.
Smother a greasy breakfast of homefries, eggs, sausage etc. with tobasco.
My new favorites are the "El yucateco". Available at Walmart for like $1.25.
The green and the red are awesome flavor, quite hot but awesomely good in the right amount.
Cool website too: El Yucateco Salsas y Condimentos

I don't think one can really compare Cholula with Tabasco. They are very different, in my mind. Cholula is almost like ketchup in terms of how much you can use on something. Not so with Tabasco.

Not a big fan of regular Tobasco (too vinegary or something for me), but the Habenaro Tobasco is titties and beer.

I agree that they are different, but that doesn't mean you can't compare them. Well, maybe you can compare and contrast them.
Then again, I don't see why any of us need to restrict ourselves in terms of hot sauce. It's not like we're married to a particular brand. I mean, really, it's like saying "oh, I only prefer one sexual position."
Grew up with regular Tabasco being the only hot sauce. I've gone back to it on occasion--I love it on eggs in the morning--but there are many other hot sauces I like, for different things. Cholula is great on meats. For wings, I'm a Frank's purist. Kicking chicken on asian foods and fish. Etc., etc.

Cholula is fantastic on burritos, as well. Of any kind.

Put some tobasco on it. Yum.
I love hot sauce. I will try any kind you put in front of me. My top 3 are crystal, lousiana, and tobasco.

If you mean jalapenos, yes, I've done that. If you mean something else, I'm wondering what the fuck you're meaning.

Yep, sorry. We called them japs in the restaurant biz... thought that was pretty universal.
I waited tables during college at a Mexican Restaurant for 4 years, and they had something called jalapena cream cheese. Great on about anything, but primarily chimichangas. Wish I could find the receipe for you all to give it a try... damn it was good stuff.

Tapatío is one of my current favorites. Tobasco is classic on stuff like eggs and in Bloody Marys.
Rooster Sauce for anything Asian.

Trust me, you do not want that. He is trying to hurt you.
Believe me, I like hot and can handle some really hot stuff. That "Daves" is basically not edible, or if you do eat it, you will be sorry for a long time both today and tomorrow, (possibly today twice).
Dont touch the "Spontaneous combustion or "Endorphine rush" sauce either. These are all killers...OK if you put a drop or two in a bowl of chili, but 3/4 drops is even pushing it.

Sunnyside cajun grilled fish tacos.
Had that exact thing on Friday in Tahoe.

Mrs. Renfros habanero salsa used to be pretty good and it was the hottest off the shelf supermarket salsa I have ever had.
I think they changed the recipe in the last year or so and tuned down the hotness. It is now just basic hot salsa, which has no actual heat.
Kills me when people say, "I like hot stuff" and then they try what you are eating and they almost die.
Funny stuff.
