It is standard masonry construction with bar joists and a metal roof covered with some combination of modified bitumen and tar and pebbles. The floor elevation is split between dock height for about 2500 feet and grade height for the other 4000 feet. We have 3-phase electrical, some warehouse heaters and no air conditioning. The building was constructed in phases beginning around 1950.

I wanted to take a pressure washer to everything but worry about pumping a bunch of water into the electrical conduit, breaker panels, etc. I know I can power wash the floors, but the question is, how would you get rid of all the dust, dirt and sundry pieces of leftover stuff from the joists and underside of the roof panels?

C.

It was a fabric store until 6 years ago. Since then it has been vacant.

Sure does!

We just uncrated the Probat L12 today. Ferrari red (not really) and stainless steel!

Going to get it started with a couple of partners. As soon as I have the site up, I'll forward a link.
