No doubt, I was on a jury in 198something. The guy killed his neighbors, mom and two year old, confessed and then pleaded innocent. Defense was that he hit his head as a kid and had dain bramage.

He'd only been out of jail about a month and a half, from burglary and rape of an elderly woman with MS.

We voted death.
He's still hanging out in his cell at the taxpayers expense. Finding new ways to appeal, so his public defender can file more BS to keep him from frying.
Guy is a waste of life and should be gone.
