set up a garden hose to spray a beach umbrella then laid down underneath it and relaxed to the soothing sounds of fake rain.

ate a sardine-and onion sandwich on rye.

White noise and sunshine usually work for me (can't fall asleep till the sun comes up, then I'm out like a light). But then there are very few as F'ed up as me in this respect....
