It will embarrass him
It will show him that it is really getting to you, your wife and his brother
It will show him what others think you should do
It will show him how reasonable you are trying to be in comparison to what others would do.
It will show him what could happen if he doesn't make some changes

And if you do I would like to address him directly...

Having a roof over your head and the bills paid is a priviledge not a right.
Hindsight is always clearer than looking into the future so please listen to my advice. Once you get into the real world and start paying bills, real bills, rent, electricity, phone, gas, car insurance, groceries... You are going to understand that a paycheck isn't just expendable income. It's a daily battle to stay above water. Be thankful that you aren't there yet and do everything you can to use this time to your benefit. You have a chance to learn responsibility at an easy pace instead of being thrown in the deep end of the pool and sinking or swimming on your own. Take advantage of this opportunity by being respectful of those who provide it. The broad meaning of the word sophomore is "the person who thinks they know it all while knowing nothing" This is not an insult, it is a phase where certainty seems present but is limited by knowledge (or a lack thereof) and of a lack of experience. when someone is trying to tell you "how it is in the real world" they aren't trying to dictate your actions, they are trying to save you the hassle of going through what they themselves went through. If you would calm down, lose the defensiveness, take a long, hard, objective look at the situation and think about it, you would see that this is the case.
