I'll say it again, that tank is fricken huge. I think I'd switch to the factory tank for most rides and only use that one for crossing Africa or something. It's kinda ugly that tank is.

A fellow I used to work with welded up a huge smoker/cooker on a trailer that he can pull with his truck... he loves it so much he does it on weekends for a bunch of folks. He started out just doing it for friends and now he schedules no more than two paid 'parties' a month where he does all of the cooking.

He said he plans on it supplementing his retirement. I think as great as he cooks he may never be able to retire.
