I use one of those exchangeable tanks for my big propane burner for deep frying out at camp. I think I'll just have it refilled from now on instead of exchanging...

Two C.A.B. Choice #1 NY strips.

I traded some homeroasted coffee for these with my friend the food distributor. These are samples. If I like them I can buy case lots at wholesale prices. There is no place to buy this quality of meat around here retail, it's only available in a few restaurants. It would be so expensive retail that noone here would buy it.
