you better stay tuned to this since a lot of it is not just the continued exposure to the sun but from my days as a kid out on the fishing pier without a shirt on and in shorts.

Yeah I do have some wet suit boots but I wasn't wearing them when I cut my foot and when I was down at the river on Saturday I was in a mad rush and forgot to put them in the boat

I live in the state with the highest incidence of skin cancer. THat is because of our elevation and our love of outdoor sports....

Not smart... find a cool long sleeve shirt to help the evaporation of the sweat cool you or start wearing that awful sunscreen.

The shirts I wear have an SPF 40 rating.

Don't you put a lot of dead shit in your sink and then down the drain or into the disposal. I seem to remember cutting up chicken parts on your cutting board.

Unless you take it outside and bleach it I think that a lot of that kind of stuff ends up in the sink. The chicken you eat at home prolly was bleached or has formaldehyde (or something equally as bad) in it unless it is free range or organic and no one is lying about it.


Of course your sink is a little small to do an entire human body in and the big bones would prolly mess up the disposal.

I hate sunscreen because it blocks my pores and is way too greasy for me... I apply Frog 50 or 60 in some kind of alcohol spray to my face, ears, neck and hands if I am going to be in the sun. I keep an emergency tube of 50 in my car and another in the truck at the shop just in case.
