I dunno. Just feels like throbbing. Like that guy in gladly's old avi is pinching away. It's still not very painful -- just annoying.

Seems to happen right after I eat, and when my stomach is completely empty. Weird.

w00t!! I'm stoked. Never had a puppy before. Our dog was a rescue, she was 2 when we got her, and hopefully this pup will help her come out of her shell a bit. She's a bit leery of strange things and new people still. I can't wait...should be fun.

whether you make it to Camp Yoop or not, let me know. I live 45 minutes away, and am a cheap date.

SRSLY, I'll buy you a beer or somethin'.

Well don't read it then, amigo. The First Amendment says that authors aren't necessarily not closed-minded assholes. If you're gonna get angry about books that have been published, you're gonna spend a lot of time being angry rather than finding and reading the books of your desire.

DD might go look at a BMW for me in Houston; if it looks good, I might be putting a deposit down. The bike is newer and more expensive than I budgeted for, so I might have to submit a revised budget to the comptroller-general, as much of the settlement money is earmarked for certain things. (it's a 2006 model year, with around 4000 miles, so practically brand new -- not even broken in yet. But it's got every bit of farkleage I want, none I don't, and is even the right color) Some banking matters have been taken care of. I've got a few more errands to run, then I'm gonna see about getting the fuck out of here and heading up north to see my mom and dad, and maybe Yooper.

Which direction are you from Milwaukee? I'm going to the city of Winnebago, wherever that is.

You got it. I don't know how its going to work out exactly. Depending on funds, we might go together and make a long weekend out of it, or might just fly a quick up and back with one of us to get the pup.

It varies allot. When the Doctor Who ones are newly available it can be as low as 2-3 hours, but my upload/download ratio with their trackers is well over 6 to 1. I've had them take as long as 24 hours in the past. I just let it run in the background all the time. I'm right now downloading "An Unearthly Child" which is the first Dr. Who. It's been downloading for about 5 days at 5 to 20kbs and uploading at 20 to 25kbs, but it is a new tracker I've never dealt with before.

I live West of Milwaukee. Winnebago is up by Oshkosh -- north of MKE. If you're in Oshkosh, you'll be about 3.5 hours from Camp Yoop.

But lemme know what the deal is. There will prolly be a fest of some sort going on that weekend in MKE. During the summer, Milwaukee holds fests at the lakefront festival grounds. Every weekend honors and celebrates one of the various cultures that make up the salad bown of Milwaukee. German Fest is Huge, and there's lots of beer and pr0k sausage products that are consumed, but that weekend who knows what they'll be celebrating?

Anyway, let me know.

It is more than a little skeery. And scurvy. And smelly, no doubt too.
