More flex with 4" of lift, better ride and SR is just a add on, maybe it works better, maybe it doesnt.......power steering solves more problems

Not if he runs the right rear spring, he wants to be 1" higher in the back but settle with the load he runs, so rear needs to be 4" plus what ever shackle lift he will run. 1 1/2 being minimum for flex so 3/4 of a inch lift from shackle, maybe 2 1/2 shackles like my 40 runs.

Yeah I would stay like 100lbs or less over, the front will matter alot, you are really gonna feel a stiff front spring, your front shit is not that much.

some of that ride is a shock issue too

I got a MT p/s box mounted on a 40 correct pedestal. I'm not sure that it works on a 55. Isn't the shock mount and pedestal one piece? I bought it off a friend and don't think it will work since I'm going to run 35"+ tires.

perfect, if you can do a longer rear I would, you have alot of weight variance with the shit you carry, you are gonna have to set your truck up based on being full. When ever you finish the 40() you might loose some of that weight of kid and kids crap............

i is back from the wilderness.. I rained friday between setting up camp and night fall. We could really hear the wolved. saw a few elk saw a pack of coyotees and heard the wolves and coyote all weekend.. My chick is a good camper.. good times.. My friends that went along will not go again. what a bunch of whinning and bitching.. rather go alone...
