We did talk to a mom that had sent two children to it and she said it was well organized, had good security, and that her kids enjoyed it and she felt it was a good experience for them, that they learned some leadership skills and some things about how government works.

Today has been good. It looks like we might have sold our house, contracts get signed on Monday  . The block of land we have been eyeing off to buy turns out to be better than we thought. I went for a walk around the dam and found kangaroo tracks leading down to the water and I also found some yabbie (crawdad) holes.
