Put a skate board under each leg. Easy to move and height is increased.

yes also as the length increases, the angle gets steeper, which can effect ride quality

large shackle lift is bad, but a bit is fine, I have crappy shackle angle and my truck still rides fine (as short wheelbased 34 year old vehicles go )

a lot of folks also do a shackle reversal to combat the shackle snagging, which can come with it's own set of problems
