does tut have any views on mountain bike shocks? I has a hardtail trek with the stock jody rock shock. It is teh suck. What kind of shock should i use instead?

does tut have any suggestions on how best to lift our dining room table? It is a nineteenth century model, and it is the right height if everyone is under 6'. We have been having more tall dinner guests lately, so we are thinking of either going with a caster lift, or alternately, making up a rubber or polyurethane leg pad to lift about an inch. ideally we want something that won't mar the floor when we move the table.

THICK Rug under table and saw off the legs on a couple of chairs.

Why not get lowering kits for a couple of the chairs? That way the shorter guest will still be comfortable.

i don't want my tall dinner guests playing footsie with the people across the table

I think you should do a double-shackle reversal SOA on the m101.

And a handstand on the M5, while you're at it.
