Look for a stacked-plate style, $30-60, $120 with an electric fan and temp sensor if you want to get fancy and want some extra wiring. As does Apple. I do not pay WI sales tax on Amazon though, since they have no warehouses, offices or any other entity here.
Does a state agency have sufficient power to subpoena and compel an out-of-state business with no agency in that state to turn over records of any sort? I'd think that would be federal jurisdiction.

i don't know us law, but usually subpoenas are reciprocally enforced between jurisdictions as a matter of comity. The state of Florida would issue a subpoena in florida then apply in wisconsin court to have the subpoena take effect in florida. if the subpoena was lawful in florida, and assuming there was no public interest argument against it, it would be given effect in wisconsin. Now there would be public interest arguments to be made by a business domiciled in wisconsin against being enlisted to assist the state of florida in enforcing its tax laws, but there would be a balancing of interests involved and florida's interests in enforcing it state laws would have weight too, and it is quite possible if not likely that the subpoena would be confirmed and issued by the local court.
