My chitalpa looks like its going to be quite the good looking tree...I'll have to get some photos of it. I've really enjoyed (really for the first time ever) seeing all of the springtime growth this year.

I need to relocate a sweet olive that has grown REALLY fast
the builder put it by the garage, but it's too close for its size now
I might also relocate the oleander I just planted in the fall - grew real fast, too
garden gurus:
which one of the two will make a better tree in the long run? I have one spot by the sidewalk that could use something, but it has to become a tree so as to not completely block view of the entry door

I really like the olives personally. Oleanders don't make good trees IMHO.

I just checked the brake fluid, and it appears to be at the same level as before the trip.

Stop This Train Lyrics
Artist(Band):John Mayer
No, I'm not colorblind
I know the world is black and white
Try to keep an open mind
But I just can't sleep on this tonight
Stop this train
I wanna get off
And go home again
I can't take the speed it's moving in
I know I can
But honestly, won't someone stop this train?
Don't know how else to say it
Don't want to see my parents go
One generation's length away
From fighting life out on my own
Stop this train
I wanna get off
And go home again
I can't take the speed it's moving in
I know I can
But honestly, won't someone stop this train?
So scared of getting older
I'm only good at being young
So I play the numbers game
To find a way to say that life has just begun
Had a talk with my old man
Said "help me understand"
He said "turn sixty-eight
You renegotiate"
"Don't stop this train
Don't for a minute change the place you're in
And don't think I couldn't ever understand
I tried my hand
John, honestly we'll never stop this train"
Once in awhile, when it's good
It'll feel like it should
And they're all still around
And you're still safe and sound
And you don't miss a thing
Till you cry when you're driving away in the dark
Singing
Stop this train
I wanna get off
And go home again
I can't take the speed it's moving in
I know I can
Cause now I see I'll never stop this train

much clearer. if that is as high as the leak goes it looks to be either your brake line junction or the gas tank. are there any lines up higher on the tank just there?
my money is on the brake line but you should be low on brake fluid if the leak was big enough to shoot fluid up so it hit the gas tank. otoh, if your gas tank is leaking even a pinhole leak will drain the tank fast (ask me how I know ) so i don't know. Maybe you have a crack that only leaks when the tank flexes or ditto for the brake line.
gas tanks can rust from the inside out and they typically then form a pinhole leak or else crack if they flex but you won't get much flex on a tank inside a ladder frame. I would clean up that part of the gas tank with a scouring pad and see what you can see.

Oleanders are also poisonous if consumed...if you have pets/children crazy enough to eat them.
