Give the engine bay a wash, particularly the alternator. Blow it dry with compressed air if you got it. See if that fixes it, if not give the side of the alternator a couple of light taps with a hammer to loosen up the brushes inside if they are stuck.

Time for me to go too.
Going to visit my brother and his family.
Tomorrow I am taking my nephew out to Action Park to watch the Dirt Track Championship. My mate Adrian is competing on his YZ450F and another mate Steve is competing on his TT500 and his Bultaco in the vintage classes.

If it was me i'd have noticed 5 things that needed to be done and did half of them on the way out. Forgotten why I went out there in the first place. Went back inside and forgotten where i was and took up whatever presented it's self in front of me. A bit latter remembered why I went out in the first place, did it. Came back in and got distracted by a couple things and forgot the data retreived. Went back out to get it again, and finally made it back in. Then searched the myriad of windows and tabs to find where I was wanting the data for.
 What was the point?
Oh yes. I use 75W140 in the new tractor. 90W in the old tractor. And finally 75W90 in my Toy. That's not the point.

I bought a supra today, and had to lower it and clearance the fenders...
it was a wee remote controlled one though
same series as orin's WRX, so we can play without interfering frequencies, which has been an issue in the past
but when I unboxed it, it had a stupid front high profile, looked like a 'bama firebird/blazer cross
so I warmed up the dremel
and now it looks
but now he wants to trade
