i has pumpkin seeds.

managed to do pretty well diet-wise over the weekend. Only slipped up a few times, but they were so worth it:

- a glass of delicious argentinian malbec with my mixed grill (filet mignon, salmon, and scallops)
- a slice of homemade red velvet cake that was TO DIE FOR
- some honey baked ham

And I started putting sugar in my coffee again. I just CAN'T do the Splenda in my coffee.

You can either drag the messages to the new mailbox that you want to save there or you can set up a filter using the "Rules" tab in the preferences if they have something in common you can filter on, like a common term in the subject line.

On the left side of the screen there should be a side box of folders and what not. There is a "+" in the lower left of the window. That creates a new folder. With an existing folder highlighted, the new folder will become a sub directory.
