Time for work going... I am going to give my face a break and not shave today... this ought to be attractive by this evening.
42 degrees out and it really feels like it. DakotaDawg didn't seem to notice that I was shivering by the time I got back to the house.

Think I'll Netflix all three.
My son needs something other than romantic comedy. Although Enchanted was pretty funny.

I need to watch Enchanted. I've heard good things. Mrs. yooper saw it with one of the dottirs in the theatre and loved it.

I really like girls that have a little meat on their bones! This is a first for the beauty pagents and I suspect that if she makes it to the international pagent she will be out like the South American girls that had the larger booies.

I had a minor heart attack when I peeped under the hood:
But then I saw this:
shwew!
GF says I need to get a hose clamp that we can tighten better.
I can deal with that.
I think I also solved by recent hesitation problem. Seems the oil dipstick wasn't in all the way

Nearly died, wound up *only* paralyzed--limited use of hands. It's been 7 months since the accident, but things have been so hectic, this is the first time she's felt in control enough to have us visit. In that time, she's dealt with the tragedy, found the best program for her son, moved with her son to that city, kept her job by working half-time, kept the insurers footing most of the bill by giving them a Powerpoint presentation about her son's recovery and the settlement they expect, shuttled her daughter to and from their home town for weekends, and somehow kept going. And on top of it all, the stress of this has put an end to her marriage. Oy.
So, at the end of our trip, we drove her daughter back home to NJ, and dropped her off with her dad. She obviously was glad to see him, but sad to see us go, and sad that her mom and brother were 200 miles away.

sad story indeed, and sorry to hear that her husband couldn't find a way to support her through this tragedy
