I have to agree with Doug, to an extent. I agree with some bannings. For instance, if you see or read something that offends you and you report it, ban. In my opinion, if you can't handle certain things you see on the internet, you need to be disconnected. This will free up time for you to work on yourself, and learn you how to put your big boy pants (no offense ladies) on.

The group of moderators is hardly a collective. There are a wide range of opinions and we often disagree.
