Nate - you out there? How many jorts can one man buy?

I wonder if OSU has a shot afterall? Meh. I'd much rather have seen LSU play Oklahoma or USC.

Damn Florida game pissed me off, T-Bone for the superman they pump him out to be was held on a leash today. Arkansas, well I don't know what the hell they call that but they didn't look like they wanted to be there at all Not the same team that showed up in their last game against LSU. Then again they had a coach then. TN and GA great punishing defense. I'm amazed WI QB and Brennan took so much punishment and stayed in it.

SEC 6 - 2 with 1 left. I hope the Tigers light OS up and keep the big trophy in the SEC.

Yeah, I was drinking heavily. Honestly I expected it to be alot tougher, I thought it should have been us vs. Mich in the BCS Champ last year; OSU is a fucking joke and I'm sure LSU will prove that. We didn't come to win, we have an extremely young team and that's that.

And go fuck a donkey, everybody knows FSU fans are the jorts wearers. I have pics to prove it

You wanted to see Michigan in the championship game last year?!

Did you watch the Rose Bowl? Michigan got reamed.

The Gays have 4 losses? Spurrier would have won a national championship with that team...

I'm not sure Brennan could tell you what country he was in during the 4th quarter. The camera flashed on him a couple of times, he had this grimice on his face like he was about to cry. One time for instance was after the backup quarterback threw a TD. The camera flashed over to Brennan, and you'd of thought Georgia had just score again. Georgia was bringing it.

SEC was strong. Kind of hate Florida couldn't pull through.

Anybody else notice how the commetators in the UT/WI, UF/UM and Haw/UGA game all were trying to make a point that the SEC is really not that dominate over the big ten? Seemed like a media memo went out to try and pump up the big ten?

Yea, you could see how upset he was when he didn't get to throw their only TD pass yet he couldn't get the offense moving at all because he was always running for his life or getting sacked. I do have to say how much it aggrevated me to hear the GA fans chanting over rated over the announcers voices. Yea we all had that in mind but to me it was distasteful and not necessary. Of all the teams in the country they have the most difficult travel arrangements and I respect what their fans had to go through to just attend the game. I enjoyed the interviews about their traditions as well.

Your right on the commetators pumping up the Big Ten they were pulling stats left and right comparing the SEC to the Big Ten to down play the SEC. I was pulling for the SEC to win them all and let that speak for itself.

I also didn't like all the jawing, taunting, and general thugishness of Georgia. But I was glad they murdered Hawaii. I don't mind underdogs, but I loathe pretenders.

Yeh, that was uncalled for but it only takes one guy to start that chant, and everybody else is going to jump on board. Hawaii was this years feel good story and Georgia was pummeling them so bad, you started to kind of feel sorry for them. But I think it was a good and necessary thing. They shouldn't have been in that game. Would of been nice to see someone like Missouri there instead. Hopefully it sent a bit of a message. There should be some kind of rule set up that you have to beat at least one top 20 team to get in a BCS game.

I was more thinking about teams that got bumped out of the BCS by Hawaii, but yeh those would have been must see matchups. There are some scary teams out there that are not playing for a National Title, Georgia and USC at the top of the list.

The BCS is FUBAR right now by the way it's set up. The individual bowls in their selections are more concerned about butts in the seat and who's going to travel well to spend money locally. Networks don't have any real say-so about it, but that's a source for alot of revenue that really has no influence on the matchups. If the bowls would focus more on getting the best teams matched up against each other, the interest would be way more, and I don't think there'd be nearly as big of a push for a playoff (playoff..., playoff's??, are you kiddin me, who said anything about playoffs??). Their shortsightedness is going to be their own demise eventually, because to many of the bowl matchups are a joke.

The Rose Bowl is the worst of the bunch, and their insistance on a Big Ten/Pac Ten matchup is the source of a lot the matchup problems. IMO the BCS bowls should be on a rotating schedule, where they get to pick any two teams for their game.

I agree, and the Missouri matchup may have made a better game.

Thats if OK shows up, the last three or four years OK fell on their face in post season play I didn't enjoy watching the games. I did enjoy last years Boise State heroics.

They are 1 in 4 in post season play since 2003.

NC should have been some combination of USC, LSU and Oklahoma. That is all.

I think the team took it very personal that they had to play Hawaii at all. Hawaii could have beaten Ole Miss this year... and that's about it in the SEC. The Dawgs were out to make a real point.

I'd also say that the Hawaii players were no angels early in the game... a bit of thugishness until they started to get pounded into the ground. That fired up the team too. The hit on Mikey Henderson was horrible... that guy who's helmet kept coming off was pretty awful... I wanted to put him on his ass.

UGA/USC would have been a great matchup... and I bet USC feels the same way... they got a crappy matchup as well. I'd also bet that LSU will feel the same way after they beat down OSU ... well, maybe not. They'll just take their trophy back to the SEC again... as they should!

Very nice SEC showing so far. Was surprised at Fla, but they've had defensive problems all year. They'll be top 10 preseason next year.
