| Half a world away I am currently 13 hours time difference from my "home". Deployed to Okinawa maintaining F-22's from Langley AFB in Virginia. I have snapped a few pix, and thought I'd share a couple. To get here we stopped in Hawaii for rest, and had a couple aircraft make a non scheduled stop on Wake Island for a generator problem. Here are a couple pix. The first is out lead jet parked at the "Red Carpet" on Hickam AFB

| Looking out of the gun port of a Japanese bunker on Wake island. All the bunkers on the island were built by American POW's civilian and military.

| I feel so bad for you
Don't have to much fun. Yake some picks of cruisers for Christ's sake!
Nice jets. Better than the C-5's I used to work on.

| I already have a few pix of some 7x series in that section. Too bad I can't just pick one up and ship it home though. So many different models of Land Cruisers here. Makes me sick.

Makes me sick. | yeah doesn't it piss you off.How come the rest of the world gets so many cool cruisers? I was thinking about it today and I think it is a conspiracy. I think the 70 series would have been to much competition in the American market. Another thing is. We have such an abundance of paved roads that reliable 4x4's are almost needless for the average consumer unless you live in a climate that gets an abundance of snow.

| Every time I see one of those I can't help but think it's a photochopped pic. Cool thing is - they really are that surreal looking. Have fun out there. |
