Pic wanted - white 80...

I'm looking for a poser shot of a White 80 series, 2-3'' lift, Rear tire carrier, Bull Bar, sliders, custom/aftermarket roof rack. If you can visualize it, you can get it, right? I want to have a picture of my goal. Right now I am stock, except for a home made roof rack.

I have looked in the Artistic pics and the wild wheeling pics, and just not seeing what I'm looking for. I want a pic that shows the vehicle well and in a regular stance, not full flex or climbing some huge obstacle.

This is a sales pitch to my wife as well as a ''keep you eye on the prize'' kind of thing.

Another color would work, it's just that if it's white I don't have to use my imagination so much. It's busy with other things.

Anybody can help me out?

You should go here and start looking at all the ROWs.

But to get you started, check out Brandon's rig here or Doug's here.

Thanks guys, those are exactly what I am looking for. *sniff* you guys are great!

I love the tire and ladder set up on yours, skillet. Between yours and Brandon's that is exactly what I am looking at.

Thanks again!

I think the "love" goes without saying. You are simply a legend.

Darius, don't show your wife that last pic if you're looking to sell her on getting an 80. Wait until you've got it in the driveway before showing her where it's going.

Doug, my problem is I have so much love for your rig my wife might get jealous!

No way am I showing her a pic of you going up that notch in Moab. She is afraid of heights! She wouldn't even WALK up it!

Alright, this'll be my final incentive shot. I've mixed in some of my 80 as it is so I can see the vision. Doug, notice you've got a cameo.

2 years of frugal living to be completely out of debt. I could do things along the way...sliders here, Head gasket there , but it's a lot easier to justify when you have no other encumbrances. So, this is my incentive to forego eating out at work and impulse splurges for a while. After we pay off that last debt we'll do some savings, then Disneyland/Seaworld for the kids, next the Land Cruiser, finally....THE WORLD!

It's always fun to remove all semblance of humor out of an attempted joke by explaining it...but here goes, from wikipedia:
Quote:
She won another Oscar in 1985 for her starring role in Places in the Heart; her gushing acceptance speech is well remembered for its earnestness. In it, Field stated "I haven't had an orthodox career, and I've wanted more than anything to have your respect. The first time I didn't feel it, but this time I feel it, and I can't deny the fact that you like me, right now, you like me!" [1]. The line ending in "...I can't deny the fact that you like me, right now, you like me!" is often misremembered as simply "You like me, you really like me!" which has subsequently been the subject of many parodies.

Believe it or not, I actually knew that.

I was, in fact, being a smartass.

Also from the Wik...

Health

In 2005, Field was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Her diagnosis led her to create the "Rally With Sally For Bone Health" campaign with support from Roche and GlaxoSmithKline that co-promote Boniva, a treatment for osteoporosis.
